Miss Rodger Miller
MedO? He's been gone to long...it's Medda to the locals. :P
I miss Roger Miller and his music and I love Willie
Waylonized!!!!!
He was the best
Trailblazer in the finest form
Awe I ❤ this. I thought I'd found everything possible on Waylon on you tube and then I came across this. Waylon is my all time favorite and I love coming across anything i can find about him.
Love you Ronnie Dunn
I've been a fan of Roger Miller since King of The Road was brand new. What a unique talent he was. I will always be singing his praises - and paying tribute...
Have Positive impact on your life is a gigantic understatement. This has changed my life more than psilocybin. That is not an understatement. Towns man I miss you, like a high school best friend. Your music has truly changed my SOUL!! for the ever in the best way possible. Thank you for being one who had to suffer so much to bring light into the world!!!
Where Have All the Average People Gone and South are two of my personal favorites.
My good God, J.T. sounds and looks like his dear Dad, I and glad that J.T. ss happy and doing good in life
Love his songs love the man❤
Brilliant crazy parent aren't easy for the kids. When a child refers to their parents by their name, it isn't a good sign. May JT and Katie be blessed with more of his truest good self and heal from the damage that he experienced and passed on.
This is really beautiful. Definitely had a positive impact on my life.
Sonny, one of the best pop song writers and of course played with the greatest Rock & Roll group “The Crickets”
Great production.
just heard my first Townes song Lungs and I'm on a binge, so glad I found this artist!
Didn’t introduce the girl just his dog
I was in love with you always.
🎼🎶🎵🎹🎙🎤🎻🎸🤗😃😁👍👌💯‼👀
❤️Guy❤️v Always a kinda special place in my heart
Ronnie had it at day 1
I have questions about townes very important
He was such a trip. Goofball and national treasure. His songs played with repetition, rhymes, consonance (often in the middle of lines, not just the ends) that are in the same orbit as, Dr. Seuss, Gertrude Stein, and Gerard Manly Hopkins. I don't know if he actually read the poetry of the latter two, but he's a kindred spirit nevertheless.
Roger Miller is the only artist inducted into the King Of The Road Hall Of Fame...
legend
Love his music ! Congrats Micheal!!
If I could bring back anybody to spend time with. It’d be Roger Miller
She came out of nowhere and blew this country fan away...but sadly she has parted this Earth and singing in a better place. RIP K.T.
I have just subscribed to Jim Banda and discovered this moving testimony, on this singer, with so many feelings and talent, unfortunately DCD, a priori by self-destruction, what a pity! I will listen to these songs via you tube.
It’s insane thats there’s even a little bit of debate about Townes genius
ROGER MILLER...TOTALLY UNIQUE,SORELY MISSED!
His son looks just like him. Especially when he smiles or laughs
KONNIE STRATTON hearther beautiful kisses you love clint black
An interesting amazing man…
Great to see Townes son I hadn’t seen him before. Great piece I just wish it was longer. Thanks
I found a Townes album in a $.99 bin in Lancaster, California. To say is changed me fails in degrees. As my years, my demons, my wins and losses find their way into my music owes too much to measure to the man.
Konnie Stratton hearther beautiful kisses. 💋 kiss love you clint black
What a lovely man! I've had a crush on him for decades.
Thank you so much for sharing this with U Clint Black, U are amazing great country cowboy singer wow ooo! Great speech also, 👏👏🎶🤠🎸💙♥️💜🇺🇸🇨🇦🇺🇸💜♥️💙👍👍2021
I quoted that "maple surple" line just the other day. What wonderful memories he gave us from our childhoods.
Man I wish I woulda got to meet him and see him perform... RIP - Seemed like sucha guy, one of my favorite writers of all time
Man, this a special treat.
I recently started writing songs. I wrote one about Waylon’s guitars called “A Waylon guitar and a Willie Tattoo”. He may have never gotten the credit he deserved for his songwriting, but it’s definitely remembered.
His lyrics implied more than they said. There was a detachment about him, too. He was an entertainer, but a great songwriter.
He was a great person and a joy to watch and hear. Glad Willy and the gang love him, too
Roger Miller, an icon. Absolutely one of a kind and a precious treasure in the USA.
Lyle Lovett was on King of the Hill Hank was like outta my way rooster boy! I fell out!
LA Freeway is one of my favorite songs... It's relevant to our time and the state of the music industry (maybe of industry in general) and it's relevant to my soul. I want to escape something as cardboard and fabricated and spoiled as 'that moldy box of vanilla wafers' but the dangers on the road to the real are not imagined. If I can just get off of that LA Freeway without getting killed or caught...
